Unit Pricing and Asset Servicing Manager
About the Role
Bradley David Associates is working with a leading financial business on the search for a Unit Pricing & Asset Servicing Manager who will lead and develop the Unit Pricing and Asset Servicing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable Fund Administration services.
These teams support the UK’s insurance and investment businesses, group companies, and third-party clients, managing Assets Under Administration of approximately £35bn.
This role is accountable for the daily pricing of insured funds and maintaining the accuracy and quality of asset data, including both valuation and qualitative information. The successful candidate will uphold professional service standards aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices — demonstrated through timely unit pricing, reliable data quality, minimal operational errors, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Overview:
- £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience
- 12.5-18.75% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Maintain effective operational relationships with custodians, third-party administrators, fund managers, and data vendors.
Collaborate with internal partners such as CLAM and SFFS to sustain and enhance service levels.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, manage, and develop the Unit Pricing and Asset Servicing teams to deliver professional, high-quality services across European insurance and wealth management businesses (UK and International), as well as investment management operations in London and Dublin.
Build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Fund Administration Oversight
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Fund Administration services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control standards.
- Maintain a strong control environment through effective governance, oversight, and process management.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily unit pricing for insured funds with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of new assets, ensuring all data remains complete, accurate, and compliant for internal and external reporting (e.g., SII QRTs).
- Evaluate and manage pricing data sources to balance accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Supervise income processing and corporate actions across all asset types and systems (Platform and Insured Funds).
Risk & Compliance Management
- Promote a strong risk culture aligned with the business' risk strategy and policies.
- Manage the process and control framework for populating the European Data Repository, ensuring high standards of data quality (timeliness, completeness, accuracy).
- Support ICOFR, RCSA, and Policy attestation processes, and coordinate responses to internal and external audits.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and monitor KPIs, KRIs, and Balanced Scorecard metrics to drive performance, improve service delivery, and manage expenses.
- Ensure operational changes — from strategic initiatives (e.g., acquisitions) to fund launches are effectively planned and implemented.
- Oversee process updates and ensure all documentation and procedures reflect current regulatory, industry, and internal standards.
About You:
- Extensive experience in Unit Pricing, Fund Taxation, Investment Administration, and Accounting.
- Deep understanding of European securities, pricing regulations, and market practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations with multiple clients and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and control.
- Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external partners across European business units.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and develop practical, actionable solutions.

Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
