Bradley David Associates is recruiting 360 Recruitment Consultants.

• Location: Maldon (can have hybrid work options)
• Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience
• Great bonus and uncapped commission
• Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and placement. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own desk, drive revenue, and make a real impact in a supportive and dynamic team.

Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work towards targets and KPIs to maximise earnings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
