About the Role

Bradley David Associates is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executive for a leading freight forwarding company in the UAE.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to generate revenue at a minimum of four times their annual salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities within the UAE market (Air & Sea Freight)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company expectations (minimum 4x salary value)
  • Prepare competitive freight quotations and follow through to secure business
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding sales (Air & Sea Freight essential)
  • Must have own active client list and consistent business portfolio
  • Strong presence and involvement within the UAE logistics market
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to start generating revenue from the first day
