About the Role
Bradley David Associates is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executive for a leading freight forwarding company in the UAE.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to generate revenue at a minimum of four times their annual salary.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities within the UAE market (Air & Sea Freight)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company expectations (minimum 4x salary value)
- Prepare competitive freight quotations and follow through to secure business
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding sales (Air & Sea Freight essential)
- Must have own active client list and consistent business portfolio
- Strong presence and involvement within the UAE logistics market
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to start generating revenue from the first day
