About the Role

Bradley David Associates is currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-driven Production Coordinator to support the Production Team Leader and Production Manager in delivering exceptional results. This role is all about ensuring every project is completed right first time, on time, and in full — seamlessly moving through the business and meeting (or exceeding) client expectations.

You’ll act as a key link between clients, account managers, and internal departments, helping the business achieve its goals through efficiency, accuracy, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Management, Production Management, and Team Leaders to ensure briefs are clear, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage the full operational process of production to maximise efficiency and minimise waste (time, cost, and materials).
  • Consistently meet or exceed client expectations for quality and delivery.
  • Take ownership of tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard — escalating issues when necessary and supporting with remedial solutions.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with Account Management and clients, providing updates on progress, errors, and solutions.
  • Effectively manage outsourced permanent POS (Point of Sale) production.
  • Keep knowledge up to date on MIS systems, materials, and production processes.
  • Process invoicing accurately and promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement across client projects, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality gains.
  • Support Account Management and New Business teams with pitches, presentations, or client visits when required — seeking opportunities to cross-sell and grow business.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of print production practices and processes.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in print production.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Professional, reliable, and conscientious with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative team player, adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge within the team.

Benefits:

  • 20 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Hybrid working (negotiable).
  • Workplace pension (via NEST).
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Employee discount scheme.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Contacts:

  • Internal: Production staff, management, directors, and wider business functions.
  • External: Suppliers and customers.
