Post Sales Administrator
About the Role
Bradley David Associates is working with a luxury goods and investments business. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Post Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. - Monday to Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-4pm
- City of London office, near Liverpool Street station
- £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience
Duties:
- Manage and update customer records using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Assist in the processing of sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain organised filing systems for sales documentation and correspondence
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to sales software or hardware
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Experience with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Good computer literacy and IT skills to navigate various software applications confidently
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player. A keen eye for detail combined with excellent time management skills will ensure success in this position.
