Ocean Export Coordinator

Bradley David Associates are looking for an Ocean Export Coordinator to join our client based in JFK New York.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments for ocean freight
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, arrange haulage, and process booking details.
• Communicate daily with clients, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal warehousing teams.
• Issue freight quotations, process purchase invoices, and finalize job files for billing. 
• Prepare and verify critical export paperwork, such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and commercial invoices.
• Ensure all cargo meets international trade regulations and handle export customs declarations.

Skills Required:

• Experience working in freight forwarding
• Ocean export experience
• Understanding of international shipping processes
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good attentional to detail
• Excellent communication skills
