About the Role

Bradley David Associates are looking for a Medical Underwriting Team Leader to lead a team of 14-16 people who work in our Group Employee Benefit division.

Whilst leading a team, you will work alongside other Team Leaders to help deliver the highest possible service that supports our reputation as the largest provider in the Group Market.

  • £48,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience
  • Amazing bonus and pension
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

  • Hybrid but office attendance required as often as possible

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and lead a team that delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Create a high performing team through fair, open and engaging communication.
  • Develop our most talented people to support the positive people culture the business strives for.
  • Set clear objectives and provide fair feedback so people understand how well they are doing against key goals.
  • Ensure processes are followed that accurately uphold Policy Terms and Conditions of the insurance product.
  • Continuously developing data and Mi to identify where the customer experience can be improved on. Following onto implementing new ways of working which also satisfy regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and queries, in line with the divisional & regulatory complaint procedures.
