Lead Dispatcher - Drayage

Bradley David Associates is looking for a Lead Dispatcher with a focus on drayage operations. This position offers the chance to leverage your expertise in managing terminal appointments, coordinating with owner operators, and ensuring smooth, efficient shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and manage all shipments within the TMS System (Profit Tools), from domestic to international arrivals.
• Handle invoicing for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee driver settlement processes and dispatch owner operators for both FCL and LCL shipments.
• Utilize Truck Brokerage Software to price shipments, select carriers, and track shipments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in freight dispatch, with hands-on experience in drayage operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
