LCL Import Operator

Bradley David Associates is seeking for a leading logistics and freight-forwarding provide for an LCL Import Operator to join their team, focusing on LCL consolidated import shipments. This role is ideal for a professional with some import experience who is eager to develop their skills and progress into managing consolidation operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle LCL consolidated import shipments from origin to final delivery
• Assist with consolidation planning and learn end-to-end consolidation processes
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers on status and timelines
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within internal systems
• Support customs clearance processes in collaboration with internal customs teams
• Provide administrative and operational support to senior operators

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in import operations (LCL experience preferred)
• Strong interest in learning and developing consolidation expertise
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the role
• Basic to strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
