Junior Internal Sales Executive – Imports

Bradley David Associates is seeking for a leading logistics and freight-forwarding provide for a Junior Internal Sales Executive – Imports to join their team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone without prior freight experience who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the drive to learn the fundamentals of the freight-forwarding industry.

You will be trained from the ground up, learning how import freight is quoted, sold, and managed, while supporting the internal sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the internal sales team with import freight enquiries
• Prepare and issue import quotations under guidance from senior team members
• Build relationships with customers and respond to pricing and service requests
• Liaise with operations and overseas agents to obtain rates and service options
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRM platforms
• Learn freight terminology, processes, and industry best practices
• Provide general administrative support to the imports and sales teams
