Junior Internal Recruiter

Bradley David Associates are seeking an Internal Junior Recruiter to join our fast-growing London-based asset ownership, retail, and e-commerce business specialising in fine wine and luxury spirits. As we continue to scale, we’re investing in our people and internal infrastructure — and we’re now hiring an Internal Junior Recruiter to support growth across the business.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused recruitment role supporting hiring across multiple functions, including sales, retail, marketing, operations, and administration. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source and screen candidates, and deliver strong shortlists.

Ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ recruitment experience looking to broaden their exposure in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role briefs
• Create and manage job descriptions and adverts
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone/video interviews
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and support offer-stage activity
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipelines
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment processes

About You:

• 1–2+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable sourcing and screening across a range of roles
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, operations, or admin roles is a plus
• No drinks industry experience required
