Import Coordinator

Bradley David Associates are working with leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking an Import Coordinator to join their team in Grimsby.

Responsibilities;

• Planning and arranging import deliveries.
• Liaising with customs teams to ensure compliance.
• Providing high-level administrative support and managing client inquiries.
• Taking import bookings and processing them within our internal software.
• Maintaining professional communication with our customer base.
• Handling import customs clearances (or demonstrating a willingness to learn this skill

Skills Required;

• Experience working within freight forwarding
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organisation skills
• Strong decision making skills
