Import Coordinator

Bradley David Associates is seeking for a leading logistics and freight-forwarding provider is seeking a proactive and motivated Import Coordinator to join its dynamic team. This organisation delivers flexible, competitive, and fully customised transport and logistics solutions across road, sea, and air.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange import full-load deliveries
• Coordinate closely with internal
• Customs teams Provide customer service and general administrative support
• Manage import bookings and input data into internal systems
• Liaise directly with customers on shipment progress and requirements
• Support the wider team with daily operational and administrative tasks

Skills Required:

• Confident, approachable, and professional communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and excellent attention to detail Import or export experience (Desirable)
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Effective decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in fast-paced situations
• Logical, methodical, and solution-driven approach
• Ability to work independently under time pressure as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
