About the Role
Bradley David Associates is seeking a dedicated and professional Financial Advisor to join our clients team. This role involves providing expert financial guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalised planning and advice.

- Monday to Friday, Colchester area.
- £60,000-£85,000 + bonuses dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans.
- Provide expert advice on investments, savings, retirement planning, estate planning, and insurance options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting clients’ portfolios.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing support.
- Assist clients in implementing financial strategies and monitor progress towards their objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the provision of financial advice.
Skills:
- Proven experience in financial services or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial products and markets.
- 5+ years Financial Advisor experience.
- Solid knowledge of financial planning principles, including investment strategies, tax optimisation, and retirement solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail when analysing financial data and preparing reports.
- Professional certification or accreditation in financial planning (e.g., CFP) is preferred but not essential; relevant experience is highly valued.
