Customs Entry Writer

Bradley David Associates are seeking a detail-oriented Entry Writer to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our import operations in Moonachie NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review import files, classify documentation, and research/assign HTS codes.
• Manage PGA requirements, track "may proceed" releases, and alert clients to exam needs.
• Coordinate with carriers for shipment holds and releases; manage bill of lading corrections.
• Act as the primary bridge between operations, customer service, and the post-entry team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations (PGA/data entry focus).
• CargoWise One experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international ports/geography.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
