Customs Clerk

Bradley David Associates is seeking for a leading logistics and freight-forwarding provider is seeking a proactive and motivated Customs Coordinator to join its dynamic team.

• 4 on / 4 off Rota
• Working 07:30am -18:30 hours – with 1 hour break for lunch

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods through regulatory channels.
• Completing Import and Export Customs Clearances.
• Managing and completing NCTS Transit System T-Forms.
• Utilising industry-standard software including CDS, Destin8, NCTS, and Descartes.
• Handling essential documentation and general administrative tasks related to customs procedures.

Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience specifically in Import Customs Clearances.
• Familiarity with Licences and ETSF (External Temporary Storage Facilities).
• A confident, approachable personality with a strong teamwork ethic.
• High-level organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fully IT literate and comfortable learning new software
