About the Role
Bradley David Associates are seeking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Specialist to support a leading financial services business' ambition of becoming a truly insight-led organisation. This role will play a key part in delivering customer-first marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and commercial growth.
Working closely with the Data & Insight and Marketing teams, you will help translate business objectives into targeted CRM campaigns and data-led activities. You’ll be responsible for building and managing audience selections, delivering automated email campaigns, and helping optimise customer and adviser communications through effective CRM strategies.
Reporting into the Head of B2B Marketing, you’ll contribute to improving engagement, activation, and retention by ensuring campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and continuously optimised.
- £37,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience
- Bishopsgate, Watford or Bristol
- 10-15% bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver targeted CRM and email marketing campaigns using effective data segmentation and campaign flows
- Build and manage audience selections to ensure communications are relevant, timely, and aligned to audience activity and engagement levels
- Support the development of multi-channel CRM activity, with opportunities to expand beyond email into channels such as customer portals and other targeted communication platforms
- Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, optimisation, and adoption of best-practice CRM strategies
- Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring all activity has clear objectives, KPIs, and post-campaign analysis
- Monitor campaign performance against departmental and business OKRs to drive continuous improvement and ROI
- Act as the CRM subject matter expert within the Marketing team, collaborating closely with the Data & Insight team to implement CRM strategies effectively
About You:
- Proven experience in a CRM marketing role, particularly in email marketing and marketing automation
- Experience working with additional communication channels such as SMS, direct mail, paid social audience matching, or programmatic marketing is advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data segmentation, reporting, and combining data from multiple sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of projects
- Confident self-starter who is proactive in seeking information and driving results
- Experience using data and insight to improve marketing performance
- Experience across both B2B and B2C audiences would be beneficial
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience using Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- CIM qualification (or equivalent marketing qualification) preferred
- Previous experience working within a CRM-focused function
