About the Role

Bradley David Associates is recruiting a high-performing Business Development Manager (International Freight) based in Moonachie, New Jersey on behalf of a rapidly expanding international freight forwarder looking to dominate the Transatlantic trade lane.

This role is focused on driving new revenue across Transatlantic (North America ↔ Europe) trade, with additional opportunities across Transpacific lanes.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunting and securing new B2B freight forwarding business across ocean, air, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
  • Targeting importers, exporters, and key supply chain decision-makers throughout the Eastern US.
  • Working closely with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive, profitable proposals.
  • Consistently exceeding revenue and GP targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven freight forwarding sales hunter with strong international trade lane knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of Transatlantic and Transpacific markets.
  • Strong grasp of Incoterms, customs processes, and global logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding sales and margin targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
