Bradley David Associates are seeking experienced AOG Operations Manager to lead our 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and Time-Critical Logistics Division.

The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in aviation logistics, expedited freight, or next-flight-out (NFO) shipping. Candidates with an established book of business and strong industry relationships are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the AOG and Critical Response Department, ensuring seamless, round-the-clock coverage and operational readiness.
  • Act as the primary escalation point, resolving critical shipment bottlenecks and high-pressure situations with urgency and professionalism.
  • Oversee complex domestic and international shipping solutions, including commercial air, hot-shot ground, air charter, hand-carry, and NFO services.
  • Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with domestic and international transportation regulations.
  • Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team of logistics coordinators and operations professionals.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize department KPIs, profitability, service delivery metrics, and client retention rates.
  • Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and deepen strategic partnerships with airlines, MROs, freight forwarders, OEMs, and key logistics vendors.
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, leveraging existing industry relationships to expand the department’s client base.

Skills Required:

  • 3 to 10+ years of dedicated experience in AOG, aviation logistics, expedited freight, or time-critical transportation.
  • Proven track record in a management or supervisory role, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chain networks, airline recovery logistics, charter services, and expedited freight routing.
  • An existing book of business and established relationships within the aviation or aerospace sectors are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
